Do I need an account?

No. Selas never asks you to sign up or log in. Your routines live on your device.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Selas has no account and no server of its own, so your routines, check-ins, and history never come to us. If you unlock Selas Plus and turn on iCloud sync, that data also syncs privately between your own devices through your iCloud account (never through us). See the privacy policy for details.

What's free, and what's in Selas Plus?

Free forever: the daily check-in, reminders, the visual day timeline, mood check-ins, widgets, sub-steps, the full progress view, and up to three routines.

Selas Plus is a one-time $8.99 unlock (launch intro price $5.99), with no subscription, ever. It adds:

• Unlimited routines
• Focus sessions
• Breathe, the one-minute guided reset
• Nudge, a private on-device assistant
• "Just for today" one-off tasks
• Multiple reminders per routine
• Private iCloud sync across your devices

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Open Settings inside Selas to enable notifications, and edit any routine to set reminder times and days. You can also manage Selas's notification permission anytime in the iOS Settings app under Notifications → Selas.

What is Focus?

Focus (part of Selas Plus) is a calm countdown to work alongside. While a session runs, Selas pauses its own reminders, and the time left shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island so you can check it without opening the app. You get one gentle heads-up when the time is up.

What is Nudge?

Nudge (part of Selas Plus) is a private assistant for the moments you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Ask it in plain words and it helps you take one small step. Nudge runs entirely on your iPhone, so nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else.

Home Screen shortcuts

Press and hold the Selas icon on your Home Screen for quick access: start a timer, take a breath, add a task, or check in.

The widget isn't updating

Open Selas once so it can refresh today's snapshot, then remove and re-add the widget if needed. The widget rolls over to a new day automatically after midnight.

Selas Plus isn't unlocking on my other device

Open Settings inside Selas and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Your one-time unlock carries across all your devices at no extra cost.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual routines inside the app, or remove the app from your device to erase everything Selas has stored.
